1st time order something online personally... and it stated it should be arrived within ten working days time... however it wasn't. Waited for few days more and still havent received. I sent a email for about this matter two weeks ago and it had not be replied. i tot it is lost in the mid of the mail.

Eventually i received the reply email on sunday.

We are very sorry for the late reply as we are experiencing server problem the last 2 weeks. Hence, there were a lot of emails that we sent out were either bounced back or not received. We had actually responded to your emails, however, they got bounced

We had checked with Singpost as we also received a couple of complaints of non-receipt of parcels.

Singpost reverted that 1 of our bags was not processed due to some unforeseen reasons. They had since as of today, processed all of them, and all items should reach by Tues or latest Wed.

Hence, we understand your anxiety and we also do hope that you will understand that we had tried our best to settle this issue as soon as possible. As such, please do not worry, since we had got an indication from Singpost, it should be ok this time.
