I had a good break for the past two days. Queen dowager had been camping since wed. She love the peaceful and quiet area where we are staying. I think she want to extend her stay and does not tell us when she want to camp the next location. Meanwhile i need to stay around to look after her.
Past two days, it was fun. A excuse to get out from the house, it was tiring to run around to collect medicines on her behalf and cooking soups and buying foods she want to eat.
Friday was a public holiday. I woke up early to get a pair of tickets at Orchard before it stopped showing on cinema. Managed to bump into the bride at the bus without any arrangement to meet up. Later. we had a bridemaid meeting at CBD area. Thinking and explains tons of details and ideas what to do during gatecrashing. It was fun to set those questions whereas the bride is clueless with the details.. We nearly fainted with such reactions from the bride.
After the 2hours plus meeting, i went to Kenny's house to collect a borrow book. I realised he was out when i was at his lobby. Nevertheless, i departed and looked for dear. His granny is nice to offer her cooked noodle - one of my fav type of noodles. =) Yummy.. ate 2 small bowls.
Later we went down Orchard to have window shopping before the show start. Managed to bump into JJ and wife. Show start at 6pm and we had nacho snacks to eat. It was so bloated that we had our dinner at 10pm. Meanawhile, we went to DFS to look around some watches. I never expect Omega watch cost 5 figures... -___-"
What a country bum am i!!
Yesterday i only able to depart home from noon onward. Mum went to work 2hours and i had to look after queen dowager. Met dear at MRT station and travelled to Tiong Bahru Plaza. We had our weekend MacD value meals and strolled around the plaza.
Dear brought me to watch his free win movie tickets - Clash of the Titan. The seats were free seating and we need to be early to get a good view seat. 30 min before the show, the whole lobby is totally crowded with people. The area is so cramp until we cannot make any step forward. Lucky we are standing near the entrance and the usher quickly open the entrance to ease the overcrowding issue. We were forced to move too or otherwise we will be stampfeet. Due to this, we were the first few people who get into the cinema first. And we managed to get a good seat too. =) Happy and joyful.
It was a really good show.. =)
Both took the free shuffle bus to PS. Both decided to have our dinner at Jus Asia to have our free flow icecream and drinks. I ordered a new dish - Sambal Salmon and it was super spicy and hot. However it was still a good delicious meal. Icecream is a good way to ease the over spiciness of the sambal due to the milk content. After meal, we walked around in light rain and took a long jounery bus home.
