Tmr i will be going down RELC to pay my examination fees. Since RELC is located near Orchard area, im wondering should i go down to the Red Cross House (where it was located in Orchard area too) to donate for the tidal waves. I was wondering whether shd i go there to make the staffs more busier by entertaining me for a very little, small donation. Perhap i should drop my donation @ the donation box located @ Macdonald or MRTs stations to make the staffs less busy. Eventually, it will send to Singapore Red Cross Society..
